Refund Eligibility

  • You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • All returned items must have their original tags attached and be in their original, unworn condition.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.

  3. Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring that all original tags are attached and the items are unworn.

  4. Include a copy of the packing slip or your order confirmation email with the RA number clearly written on it.

  5. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our Customer Service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Store Credit

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet our refund eligibility criteria, we will issue you a store credit for the value of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping charges. This store credit can be used for future purchases at Ruth & Boaz.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different size or style, you can use your store credit to place a new order.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (items marked as “Sale” or purchased during a sale event)
  • Personalized or customized items
